Minors – Age of Majority – Idaho
Minors are:
1. Males under eighteen (18) years of age.
2. Females under eighteen (18) years of age.
3. Provided, that any male or any female who has been married shall be competent to enter a contract, mortgage, deed of trust, bill of sale and conveyance, and sue or be sued thereon.

Through guardian, conservator, or like fiduciary, or infant may sue through guardian ad litem or next friend appointed by court (IRCP, Rule 17(c))
Consent to Medical Treatment
Age 14; treatment of infectious, contagious, communicable diseases (§39-3801)
